At Redtop & Root all approved refunds are issued as store credit only.
We believe in keeping things rooted — store credit ensures you find something you truly love from our collection.
Store credit:
• Issued within 3-5 business days of approval
• Never expires
• Applied automatically at checkout
• Full value of original purchase
Exchanges:
Defective or incorrect items replaced at no additional cost
All returns must be in original unworn condition with tags attached. Items showing signs of wear will not be accepted for return or exchange.
